ACE Pot - Will only be collected through online registration, you may not buy in to the ace pot at check-in. The ACE Pot is optional. If no ace is hit, pot goes to the JCO fund.

Drinking Water - Bring your own water and refillable bottle! We will have jugs out on the course to top your bottle off, but don’t just rely on that. Bring water for every round!

Food - TBD.

Keeping Score - ALL PLAYERS MUST KEEP SCORES: Players who do not turn in a compete scorecard to Tournament Central after the round, including scores for the entire group, will receive a 2-stroke penalty - UNLESS that player kept score with the PDGA Live Scoring. Paper scorecards will be available at Tournament Central. U-Disc scoring is great, but must also be shown to the TD at Tournament Central after the round. Note: PDGA Live scoring is the easiest way to find OB rules per specific hole.

• Enter access code jco19 and follow instructions.

• Finalize scores immediately at the end of the round! You have to check the, "These scores are correct" box.

UDisc events have been made for scoring all pools all rounds. It is not required, but we would love for a third person to score on UDisc.

OB’s, Relief, Course Notes - the digital scorecard has OB’s listed for each hole, and these general rules apply to all courses:

• Vegetation - A player may take relief from thorn bushes, thorny trees, or poison ivy, behind the lie and on the line of play, no penalty stroke. 

• If your disc lands under a bridge, stair, small cave, or culvert you may mark your lie on the surface directly above, if that surface can support the marker and the player at that specific point.

• OB Water - other than the pond at The Dam, all water water is casual, you may take relief behind your lie on the line of play, no penalty stroke.

The Dam Course - 

New pads and pin locations are in play! These are noted on the digital scorecard. New tee signs are in the works but not ready yet. The UDisc maps are quite helpful.

Joseph C. Miller DGC - 

• Two baskets on all holes (except Hole 8); one Pink, and one White. Hole 8: all divisions shoot to the White basket. Otherwise, different divisions will be playing to different baskets, and we will not be bagging any baskets. If a player throws to the wrong basket, they simply mark the lie and throw towards the correct basket. No do-overs. 

• We do not have the tee signs up at the Blue tees yet, use UDisc for the best info. Blue tees at 2, 3, 8, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, &17.

• Wasps! We've sprayed many nests, but ya might tap the bench before you sit on it.

Playoffs for First Place Only - If there is a tie for first place when all scores have been finalized on the PDGA event page, start at hole one with a sudden-death playoff. Miller: Holes 1,2,8,&9 loop. Dam: Holes 1,2,3,8,&9 loop. Summit: Holes 1,2,&3 loop. Flip for who tees first on hole one, then alternate each tee afterwards. 

Payouts - Open payouts will be PayPal, notify the TD if you prefer cash.
